Empowering Women and Youth in Nigeria
Madafa NGO is committed to uplifting women and youth across Nigeria by providing them with opportunities for personal growth, education, and economic empowerment. School Bag Production
Madafa’s ongoing project involves producing 1,000 school bags for the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). Our skilled members work collaboratively to ensure high-quality production at our common facility workshop.
Product Innovation and Development
Supported by GIZ, this initiative equips 100 of our members with financial literacy and business growth skills. We have also upgraded our common facility workshop with new equipment to support this project.
Madafa Programme
As part of the World Bank-assisted Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) programme, Madafa has provided apprenticeship opportunities to 400 MSMEs in Kano State for 2024.

A training program designed to help MCPs enhance their technical skills and stay updated with the latest industry standards.
Kano State Crowd Funding Programme
In partnership with KAYEDEF, Madafa has trained 20 youths in leatherwork and garment making, supporting them in launching their start-ups for a brighter future.
